Spicy Cocoa Rub

We start by pressing roasted cacao beans from small family farms in Southern Belize to produce our natural cocoa powder in the form of a cocoa press cake. We grind this into a fine powder and add Belizean spices to produce this delicious rub/marinade for meat, fish, and tofu.
