SHIPPING INFORMATION

ATTENTION USA CUSTOMERS: NO USA SHIPPING

Due to the newest United States Customs regulations, currently no packages can be shipped to the United States from Belize.

We apologize for any inconvenience caused and will update accordingly if there are any new changes in shipping policy.

Shipping policy to all other countries remains the same.

We ship to most countries around the world. If there is no option for shipping to your country at check-out, please contact us.

All orders are processed within 1-2 days. If your items are out of stock, we will contact you within 2 business days. All processed and in-stock orders are generally shipped within 3 business days.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Any products in new and unused condition can be returned or exchanged within 24 hours of tracked delivery. Customers are subject to a 15% restocking fee and any return/ exchange shipping fees.

If any customer receives products that are broken or defective, please contact us at orders@artboxbz.com with details and photos of your item(s) within 24 hours of receiving package. Replacement items or refunds will be issued after approved proof of damaged or defective goods.
