Organic Natural Cocoa Powder

We use our 1970s Italian cocoa press to extract cocoa butter from roasted cacao beans and are left with cocoa press cake which we hand grind to produce our natural cocoa powder.
We use it in everything from our chocolate syrup, hot cocoa, and brownies.
