About Yaoling Lee
I was born and rised in Taiwan and I've fallen in love with art ever since i was a child. After graduated from my art school in Taiwan, I went to Europe. I stayed two years in Salamanca and Barcelona in Spain where i opened my heart to the jazz and developed a series of paintings of it. Later, I went to France and stayed four years in Paris. I love being a free spirit and "I don't need to prove myself to anyone!" as Nietzsche said. Now, i live in a small Caribbean country called Belize for almosr eighteen years. I love my friends here. I love especially doing the plein air painting by the sea, by the mangroves, by the river and I can't stop being amazed by its beauty.
Education
Graduated from Fu Sing School of Art from Taiwan on 1988. Studied at the Articulo de San Luc in Barcelona, Spain on 1989. Later studied at the Studio Bercot, Academic de Haut Culture, Academic de la Grande Chaumière and L'école des Beaux Arts in Paris, France from 1990 to 1994.
