Usually we process your order within 2 to 3 business days, if for any reason one of the products is out of stock, we will place your order on back order and notify you once the product is in if you have asked to be placed on back order list. If we are not able to complete your order we will ship the items that we have in-stock.
We will put the remaining products (out-of-stocks) in back order and those will be shipped as soon as they arrive. You will not be charged for any extra shipping charge.
Note: Please advise us about your decision in the event you are not interesting in the rest of your order (out-of-stocks products).
Once your order has been placed, you will receive a link via e-mail, which you can use to check your order status regularly.

We can take Credit Cards through Paypal. Your item will not be shipped until your payment has been received and processed. If you are in Belize you can also drop your payment off in our store.
We can ship to just about anywhere in the world. Shipping charges are based on the weight of your order and the distance shipped. All packages are sent via Belize Post.
To calculate your shipping charges, add your desired products to your Shopping Cart and go to checkout. Depending on the country you are shipping to you will be giving a choice of shipping options. The “Worldwide” option is an estimated amount and may be higher than the actual shipping cost. If you would like an estimate of the actual cost to ship your order to your country please select the “Estimate by E-mail” option and we will send you your actual shipping cost by e-mail. You will need to confirm acceptance the estimate before your order and payment will be processed.
If we made an error shipping you the wrong product or the product arrived damaged, please contact us via e-mail at: email@example.com and we will reply to you on how to return items. If you are not satisfied with the products in your order, we can only accept returns of unopened and unused items. Please note that due to many of our products being handmade by local artists – the color and shape of the items may vary slightly. We don’t charge restocking fees. Shipping charges will not return.Returns must to be made within 30 days after you received your order.

It is the responsibility of our customers to make sure that they are allowed to import our items (especially wood items) from Belize. If the Customs in your country returns your order to us, either because you did not have the permission to import such supplements or because such supplements are banned in your country, we will refund to your credit card your total minus twice your shipping charge (as we must pay our carrier the same shipping charge to return your order back to us). We suggest you read all of the restrictions of your country.

For our online store we collect personal information such as name, shipping and billing address, and credit card information. This information is only used to mail your order and information about your order. Your credit card information is deleted form our system once the payment is cleared. We also collect information through the e-club newsletter sign-up. When this form is filled out and sent to us, we collect your name, email address, the types of updates you wish to receive, and optionally your address and phone number. In every update we send you there will be an opt-out link with which you can choose to not receive any further contact from us. You can also unsubscribe by going to our website.
Under no circumstances will we provide your information to any civilian third party. In addition, this information will not be shared with any other sites owned and operated by us. Your information will not be provided to law enforcement officials without a proper warrant.
